MORE ABOUT Brickworks Brewing

Less than 2 minute walk from St Peters station along historic May Lane, Brickworks was founded by a couple of passionate beer lovers who wanted to create a community brewery that honoured the industrial heritage of the area while producing top-notch craft beers. It opened in March 2020, taking over the brewhouse site that once belonged to the pioneering St Peters Brewery almost twenty years earlier.

Now owned and run by head brewer Kevin, it offers a comprehensive range of beers to appeal to even the pickiest palate. Warm up with house favourites like the St Peters (Japanese style) Lager, Mason’s Extra pale ale or Brickmaker’s Pilsner, or get a little more wild with a farmhouse grisette or raspberry sour. If IPAs are your preference, don’t miss Kevin’s English edition, his West Coast or the big bold hazy, and then seriously consider finishing things off with a Smoked Porter.

With a deep respect for the history of St Peters and a solid commitment to producing quality beer, Brickworks has established itself as a hidden gem in Sydney’s Inner West scene.
