The future is here and it’s serving glorious, hoppy beer. The brewery only opened in 2023 but it’s already earned a red-hot reputation on the Trail for its impressive IPAs, heady hazies and hoppy lagers. Scientist-turned-head brewer Brady Hannett studied brewing and worked in the US before he and partner Laura took the plunge with their St Peters taproom.

Located across from Camdenville Oval and just five minutes walk from the train station and Sydney Park, it’s a great spot with tables out front, a huge wraparound bar inside and rotating food trucks on weekends.
