Not many breweries can count a Prime Minister as a super fan but ‘Willies’ sure can. Local MP-turned-PM Anthony Albanese is a proud supporter and even lends his face to their famous Albo pale ale.
Founded by Pat McInerney in 2012, Willie’s takes its name from a 19th-century convict who ferried supplies and booze across the nearby Cooks River.
In late 2025, Willie’s moved spaces within the Precinct 75 complex and opened its Wonder-Cade arcade bar (its bigger space is now reserved for functions). The new arcade bar boasts a fresh tinnie bar, cozy couches and plenty of classic pinball and video games.
