Not many breweries can count a Prime Minister as a super fan but ‘Willies’ sure can. Local MP-turned-PM Anthony Albanese is a proud supporter and even lends his face to their famous Albo pale ale.

Founded by Pat McInerney in 2012, the brewery takes its name from a 19th-century convict who ferried supplies and booze across the nearby Cooks River. The brewery’s beautifully-decorated taproom channels a suitably nautical theme, alongside upcycled furniture, hanging plants and vintage paintings.
