The future is here and it’s serving glorious, hoppy beer. The brewery only opened in 2023 but it’s already earned a red-hot reputation on the Trail for its impressive IPAs, heady hazies and hoppy lagers. Scientist-turned-head brewer Brady Hannett studied brewing and worked in the US before he and partner Laura took the plunge with their St Peters taproom.

Situated across from Camdenville Oval and just five minutes walk from the train station and Sydney Park, it’s a great spot with picnic tables out front, a huge wraparound bar inside and food trucks every weekend. It’s super dog friendly and you might even spot Brady and Laura’s majestic great dane Deon there too. He’s a good boy.
