Holy Chuck! Win the ultimate beer experience as Chuck and Son’s new taster

In huge news for beer lovers, Chuck Hahn is launching a campaign to find a Tasting Panel of five for his new brewery, Chuck and Sonโ€™s Brewing Co.

Chuck, the beer icon behind some of Australiaโ€™s most beloved beer brands (Hahn, James Squire, and Kosciusko), recently opened his own independent, family-operated craft brand, alongside his son, Scott Hahn. Having launched six months ago to rave reviews, Chuck and son Scott are now seeking to further involve the beer community, with an official Tasting Panel.

โ€œSince we launched in May, one of the best parts of my week has been spending time in our St Peters Tap Room,โ€ says Chuck. โ€œTalking to our patrons, pouring them a fresh beer and hearing their feedback? Itโ€™s been a real treat. So, I decided to extend it.โ€

With Chuckโ€™s Tasting Panel, five individuals will be chosen to attend quarterly tasting sessions with Chuck and Scott, as well as Head Brewer, Richard Van Grootel. They will taste all current beers on rotation as well as brews in development, providing feedback and tasting notes to influence the brandโ€™s brewing decisions.

In exchange, winners will score:

  • the unique tasting experience with plenty of beers and matching food options
  • a case of Chuck & Son’s mixed beers to take home after every session
  • special Tasting Panel merch

To enter, would-be tasters need to:

  1. share a review of one of Chuck’s beers on socials – let your personality and love of beer shine
  2. tag @chuckandsonsbrewing along the way

Entries closes December 31 – good luck, beer lovers! Check out Chuck’s official competition page for more info.
