Wildflower might just be Australia’s most unique brewery. Forget modern beer trends and fads, founder Topher Boehm brews barrel-aged Old World styles with wild yeasts he collected from native flowers. Blended with hops, fruits or wild honeycomb, the results are always interesting, untamed and a world away from your average pub pour.

Housed in a 19th century foundry workshop, Wildflower now co-share their newly-renamed ‘Village’ venue with good friends and GABS Hottest 100 winners, Mountain Culture. It’s a stunning space with its rustic timber beams, oak barrels and Topher’s copper brewhouse out back. Grab a drink and sample the kitchen’s gourmet menu of shareplates and cheeses, or steal a seat outside and soak up the sun. To sweeten the deal, Wildflower also features 10 taps and takeaways from Mountain Culture too.
