Opening in 2013, Batch is one of the original Ale Trail-blazers and still one of the best. Driven by their local ethos of ‘We Brew For You’, it’s played a pivotal role in Sydney’s indie brewery boom and given us iconic beers like their Marrickville Pale Ale, Trippy Hippy IPA and Elsie the Milk Stout. They even made a Christmas ham beer once!

Located in a prime spot just two minutes walk from Sydenham train/metro station, Batch is often the first stop for many ale-loving adventurers. Inside, the venue is a laid-back, loungey affair with long tables, cosy couches and local art adorning the walls. Out back you can’t miss their bustling brewery while out front there’s a food truck five nights out a week ensuring you’ll never go hungry.
